Additionally, we are experienced real estate investors and skilled project managers that can assist you in renovating interesting older homes to modern standards while maintaining their unique character and colorful charm.
As Realtors and Real Estate Investors, Jeff and Kim are familiar with both common and uncommon financial instruments that can be used to fund construction and renovation projects. In some cases, funding can be structured to minimize or even eliminate additional out-of-pocket expenses.
JKRE is deeply committed to the communities we serve. We both graduated from Marion High School. We are active in the New Berlin Community Club, the New Berlin Volunteer Fire Department, the Texas Theater, and Cross Church in Seguin. Additionally, we work with local city and county governments to help manage the tremendous growth we are experiencing in Guadalupe County, Texas.
